     The "Development Guidance" series of books is a series of books by the Machinery Industry Information Research Institute (Machinery Industry Press) in order to implement the spirit of the State Council, increase the attention of governments at all levels, grassroots units and the general public to strategic emerging industries, and understand the development of strategic emerging industries. It is written by experts in various fields to guide the development of strategic emerging industries, to attract social resources to invest in strategic emerging industries, to help the government and relevant departments formulate relevant policies and regulations to promote the development of strategic emerging industries, and to guide the development of strategic emerging industries.

     The "Development Guidance" is issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State-owned Assets Management Commission, the China Machinery Industry Federation, major industry associations and large enterprises (groups) in related industries; The editorial committee of the book project is composed of the main leaders and publishing experts of the Gongshe (Mechanical Information Institute).      "Development Guidance" will be published and distributed in succession according to the development status of various industries and the requirements of national industrial policies. The content of the first phase of the strategic project of the series of books has been published in 2015, and the content of the second phase of the strategic project is being edited and published, and will be published before 2016.
